University spin-offs are entrepreneurial initiatives carried out by academic staff (teachers, researchers, technicians, graduates, research fellows, etc.) aiming at exploiting competences and research activities developed within Universities. Spin-off companies and Universities are usually characterized by close working relationships.
The Department promotes spin-offs as they are fundamental instruments to release onto the market technologies and competences developed within research activities.
For information on how to establish academic or university spin-offs visit the dedicated Unina web site: www.spinoff.unina.it
