- Certificate of enrolment in the doctoral program in the foreign country (self-certification accepted).
- Copy of an identification document.
- Two photographs.
- Research project signed by the doctoral student and respective mentors.
- Resolution of the Departmental Council of DII on the possible access of the doctoral student to the premises of the facility and the use of related equipment.
- Resolution of the Departmental Board of the DII doctoral program - upon verification of the research project submitted by the incoming doctoral student - on supernumerary admission to the PhD.
- Cotutorship Agreement.
